Much like every other service on the internet, we’ve updated our privacy policy in response to the GDPR taking effect.

The previous policy stated that we don’t retain personal data except when you explicitly provide it to us for the purpose of allowing us to do business with you. (For example, we need a billing address on file in order to bill you.) It was very short, only a couple paragraphs!

The new policy says the same thing, but states in fine detail exactly what we store, for how long, for what reasons, and how these relate to data protection regulations. It’s unfortunately much longer, but it’s also much more transparent.

Your trust is crucially important to us, and we take your privacy very seriously, making efforts to store and retain as little data as possible in order to protect it. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
